2. Products & availability
- We try to show product photos and descriptions as accurately as possible, but colours and look can slightly differ in real life.
- All products are offered subject to availability. If any item is out of stock after you order, we will contact you to cancel or replace it.
3. Prices & payments
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are valid for orders within Pakistan only.
- We may change prices at any time without notice, but your confirmed order will use the price shown at checkout at that time.
- We may offer payments like Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, card or wallet via secure payment partners.
- Your order is considered confirmed only after we verify details and payment method.
4. Orders & cancellation
- We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order (for example, incorrect price, stock issue, fake address, suspected fraud).
- If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the full amount to the same payment method where possible.
- If you want to cancel your order, please contact us before dispatch; once shipped, our normal Return & Refund Policy will apply.
5. Shipping within Pakistan
- Currently, we deliver only within Pakistan.
- Shipping charges, estimated delivery time and available courier options are shown at checkout.
- Once the order is handed over to the courier, delays due to weather, strikes or other issues are not fully under our control, but we will help follow up with the courier.

- We sell food products (jaggery cubes) for general consumption, not as medicine or treatment.
- We are not responsible for any reaction caused by misuse, overuse, or ignoring personal medical conditions or allergies. Always check ingredients and consult your doctor if needed.
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or special damages arising from use of our website or products.
